Employee Entrepreneur Mindset – A single Do You Have?
What I want to shoot the breeze to you about today is something that receives a lot of conversation and which is tossed around a significant. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. The problem because see it though is this most times this topic is discussed it is not a conversation that may be used to enlighten people of the different ways of thinking, but to look to convince someone what spot way of thinking could be. How they should think. How will need to act. What they needs to have. It`s usually in a manner to convince them decide to buy or sign up for something. Have you been there before?
To me that isn`t the point of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; reasons to? Because not everyone is supposed to be an entrepreneur and not everyone is meant to be an employee! Simply! The thousands of companies that exist today wouldn’t exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own home based business. Conversely there has to get some entrepreneurs to start the businesses by utilizing products and services and the livelihoods that go in them.
What I’d in order to do today is walk through fundamentals of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion and ask you questions along during. I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born during they will be. That it can’t be learned, cannot be taught, and 1 of three be an instinct! While I agree that there are different types of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I do not think it is something that can not be taught. Writer in my opinion, contradicted himself by saying, the “entrepreneurial instinct can like a latent one, and awoken upon seeing someone else using the skill.” To me, is actually being enlightened, being educated and reaching terms the brand new fact that you want end up being an entrepreneur.
